Cancellation Policy

Strictly Appointment Only: You cannot show up without a booking. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice via their Kangaroo Haven Booking Page or by calling founder Mandy Watson directly at 0438 921 942. Private Residence Boundary: Visitors are only permitted to enter the 10-acre property at 90 Egret Close with explicit consent. Entering outside of a scheduled tour is considered trespassing. Tour Fees & Support: Entry requires a fee of $20 per person, which directly funds food, milk formulas, and medical supplies for the rehabilitated animals. Additional donations are highly encouraged Supervised Interaction Only: Guided tours run daily from Monday to Saturday. All animal handling—including bottle-feeding baby joeys, feeding adult kangaroos, and holding snakes—must be done strictly under staff supervision. Supervision: Children must be closely watched by an adult at all times. Prohibited Items: Pets, alcohol, drugs, balloons, and balls are banned to protect resident animals. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden across sanctuary grounds No Unauthorised Feeding: Visitors must never feed or touch animals unless explicitly directed and supervised by trained staff. Enclosure Access: Entering restricted or animal-only zones results in immediate removal without a refund. Disturbance: Chasing, yelling at, or harassing wildlife is prohibited. Assumption of Risk: Entry is at your own risk, as interaction with wild animals and natural terrain carries inherent dangers. Weather and Cancellations: Sanctuaries may close or cancel tours immediately during severe weather or safety hazards. Refund Policies: Late arrivals or guests asked to leave for rule violations forfeit their ticket costs
